Sometimes, it is practical to have a basic gym equipment at home like the treadmills, ellipticals or spinner for people like me that have to juggle between kids, home, work and exercise.  Having a bicycle (real ones) is not a bad idea, but getting injuries from cycling is high especially with the traffic and crime rates. I rather use the spinner at the comfort of home while babysitting.  Not bad of killing two birds with a stone huh.

There is this shop I frequented called GNC Live Well who sell vitamins.  I was always curious and wonder what is the purpose of all those big and gigantic bottles of supplements that looks like milk powder or health drink that labeled like super pump 250.  Found out finally that they are for body builders who wants to boost up their muscle.  I wonder how effective it is?

Remember a while ago I blogged about Kenko Diet Plum that is good to ease constipation?  Well, I forgot to mentioned that (or maybe I did) the plum is not suitable for pregnant ladies.  There’s really nothing much to help except to eat high fibre food and avoid sitting on the toilet bowl for long period to avoid hemorrhoid or better known as piles too.  To ease the discomfort, hemorrhoid cream is the solution.

There are a few factors that contribute to one having cholesterol like genetically, eating high fat food, smoking or high blood pressure.  Sometimes, controlling our diet and exercising is not enough.  There are supplements which can help to lower down the cholesterol. I wonder is there any traditional ways to do it?  I was told, eating an apple a day in the morning on empty stomach, keeps the doctor away.  A cup of oat is helpful too.  Care to share your method of cholesterol treatment?

Some women are like an open.  The symptom they are having is very easy to read. You can tell a women if her mensus is around the corner by observing a few things.  Some women hardly had acnes but would pop a few adult acne out before her mensus is due.  While others might have bloated stomach or food cravings.  The new one I heard is farting.

This happened during one of my yoga session when the student would fart (don’t worry, no smell at all) occasionally throughout the 1 hour session.  Interesting huh.  What symptom do you have before your mensus is due?

Just a few days ago, my daughter had food allergy reaction after eating only 2 fishballs.  She had been eating fishballs for 10 years and this is the first time she had allergic from it.  The Doctor ruled that possibility there is too much preservative in there or other type of fishes they us.  But we really don’t know the causes.  Nothing is safe nowadays.  Better eat vegetables.  Oh wait, there’s too many pesticide in the vegetables.  lol.  Better buy more disability insurance coverage.

I am one of the many people that wore discount prescription eyeglasses but never the one that wear one during yoga practice.  I’ve tried wearing one before.  The spectacle tend to roll down when you are in downward dog and with your face covered in perspiration, you can’t have the convenience of wiping the sweat with your sleeve. aitelyu, that is not fun at all.
