I have been following closely updates from Lucas at Yogabody Naturals.  He talks about various subject pertaining to Yoga. In Yoga, we have all types of various poses that help fighting toward aging.  Like the headstand.  If you want to look younger than your age, do the headstand for 15minutes per day.  I also read of hgh releasers (human growth hormone) that does the same trick. Beware of bogus stuff.  Not only they are ineffective, it might be dangerous too.  IF you are serious about taking HGH, check the ingredients and google for review.

I can’t tell you the answer as I have not taken any diet pills before.  But I do heard from friends and even some celebrities claimed diet pills that actually work.  My type of dieting is exercises and watch what you eat. You are what you eat.  What is the point when you spent a large sum of money eating one heap mountain of food and the next minute spending another heap of money buying diet pills?  So if you want to loose some weight, first and foremost, reduce your food intake.

For flabby tummy, it is always to my general knowledge that after you lose belly fat you need to firmed it up.  But can the firming of skin done thru exercises?  Well, it can but the result is very minimal only.  Usually exercises is to burn to fats but they never work as firming the flabby skin.  Massaging firming lotion come in handy in this case.  Just so you know, there are always a time for pampering after you work like pig.
