In Yoga, we have all types of various poses that help fighting toward aging.  Like the headstand.  If you want to look younger than your age, do the headstand for 15minutes per day.  I also read of hgh releasers (human growth hormone) that does the same trick. Beware of bogus stuff.  Not only they are ineffective, it might be dangerous too.  IF you are serious about taking HGH, check the ingredients and google for review.
