Some women are like an open.  The symptom they are having is very easy to read. You can tell a women if her mensus is around the corner by observing a few things.  Some women hardly had acnes but would pop a few adult acne out before her mensus is due.  While others might have bloated stomach or food cravings.  The new one I heard is farting.

This happened during one of my yoga session when the student would fart (don’t worry, no smell at all) occasionally throughout the 1 hour session.  Interesting huh.  What symptom do you have before your mensus is due?

Just a few days ago, my daughter had food allergy reaction after eating only 2 fishballs.  She had been eating fishballs for 10 years and this is the first time she had allergic from it.  The Doctor ruled that possibility there is too much preservative in there or other type of fishes they us.  But we really don’t know the causes.  Nothing is safe nowadays.  Better eat vegetables.  Oh wait, there’s too many pesticide in the vegetables.  lol.  Better buy more disability insurance coverage.

I am one of the many people that wore discount prescription eyeglasses but never the one that wear one during yoga practice.  I’ve tried wearing one before.  The spectacle tend to roll down when you are in downward dog and with your face covered in perspiration, you can’t have the convenience of wiping the sweat with your sleeve. aitelyu, that is not fun at all.

A while ago after I posted Yogitree eaterie, a kind reader Paramjot, recommended Chayo Cafe and Yoga Studio situated some where in Kelana Jaya.  The eaterie had the same concept as Yogitree – a cool place for organic snacks, organic tea and coffee.  I have not had the time to check out the place.  If you do and gave a review, please let me know so that I know what to order the next time I am there.  Other than being health conscious, do think of our earth too.  Go Green shopping if possible.

A friend working from the construction line came to me after the Raya Holiday telling me that he just laid off 12 workers.  Not because they have bad working performance, but the company is like a rocking boat now.  I jokingly told my friend that he should cut his own salary to save the 12 workers.  Can you guess what is his reply?  “I have not had a salary for 4 months now!” Wow, that is very shocking to hear.  Time is really bad now especially for I.T. and construction company.  If you are jobless, try checking out this link, Hospitality Job Search.

Holiday is good especially when I’m not travelling.  It’s been quite a productive weekend here.  Managed to get a few things done like getting the window fixed, painted the walls, mawn the lawn, car accessories fixed.  After 2 days of labouring, I realised there are more that is yet to be done like the kitchen need to be scrub and the kids toys need to be sorted out (head and tails need to be pair).  Urgh!  Now time is running out and I’m getting lazy.   Do enjoy your Raya Holiday and Eid Mubarak to those who is celebrating.

Sanskrit:  Baddha Konasana

Baddha Konasana is very simple, static seated pose designed to open our often tight groin and hip muscles. The pose is especially good for women during menses and menopause because it stimulates the ovaries. They are also benefits for men as it stimulates the prostate gland (safe guard man on social security disability).

However, the asana itself doesn’t make you loose any calories.  But, done in combination of other asanas (standing, balancing, inverted) sitting in a butterfly position will eventually help you burn calories in the region of the hips, waist, thighs and calves.

What should that be?

If you didn’t know, Headstand or in sanskrit shirshasana is an extremely power asana giving beneficiary effect to the whole body.  The few that I remember is improving memory, intelligence, promote hair growth, help put the spine into correct alignment, makes you looks younger (best wrinkle cream *ahem*), etc…

So to be warned beforehand, do wear a snug fit appeareal as you are going to go topsy turvy upside down and you do not want to reveal what is at the bottom.  Do ya?  It is gonna be very humiliating hilarious when the instructor came and tell you this, “Tuck in your shirt first” before he guide you upside down. LOL!

When I was younger, my siblings and me would wake up early to catch the live parade from Dataran Merdeka on teevee and thereafter, a kiddie Parliament debate show.  Nowadays kids (I’m talking about my kids, not sure about the others), even if you switch to that channel for them, they still refused to watched them.  All thanks to Disney Channel.  How unpatrotic right! *rolling eye*

Neway, we just got back from a holiday to Hong Kong during this one week school holiday.  Not the best travel deals in town but at least with DIY, we decide where to go, what to do and when to do it.  Pictures will be coming soon.

Happy National Day, ya’all!

If you were given a choice to attend yoga retreat, which one would you choose?  Bali or Miami?  I’ve seen both the pictures on the internet and both the places is just out of this world!  You get to see birds flocking on the padi fields in Bali but if you were to check out hotels on south beach miami fl you get hot babes on the beach. LOL!  Did I just warn ya, this is a empty ramble post.
