I don’t have a strong arm 🙁 I sulk when coming to any posture with arm balancing. Tho I’m good now, I strive to be better. One of the posture I practice regularly at home.

Pardon the photo editing. It was supposed to show a posture of my leg leaning on the wall for support.  The biggest challenge now is to hold up my leg 90degree OFF THE WALL as in headstand (Sanskrit: Shirshasana)  That, we can wait. lol

1st time i learnt this pose was last year, cldn’t really achieve yet. 2nd time i learnt this pose in the yoga studio, woohoo! got my legs up 90 and my arms straight XD face was red as a beet too!

i couldnt do this. the tree, eagle etc was ok but i haven’t attended yoga classes for a while in favour of body building 🙂 body building hardens muscles n yoga relaxes it..a conflict for me in a sense. so wat happened after i stop yoga? i stretched less 🙁 i miss it but the thought of paying again 🙁 puts me off. i remember doing one pose on stage-yoga n my legs almost didnt make it, phew i really sweatlah..so many people
