Deep Spinal Twist Variation
I have been haunted by hunch back since my schooling days. Whenever I am in Upavisthasana, I tried very hard to lengthen my back but failed miserably. Now matter how I roll and roll my shoulder, it just would not straighten. This is one posture that my Yoga Instructor constantly came over and corrected it by pulling my shoulder to the back. Ahh…. I feel good when she did that.
Ever since I took up Yoga, I would contantly reminded myself to walk-with-your-back-straight! But…but… hunching is so relaxing…. *puppy eye*

patience darling. u been yoga-ing for couple of months only. keep practising, sure wl bear results 🙂 my lower back muscles oso strengthen a lot since practising yoga. namaste~
I have the same problem. My physical trainer always remind me to keep my back straight.
aww yaya i got same problem also!! 😀 i also always hunch my back and yeah hunching really is more relaxing haha… it’s not a good thing tho ^^” i’ve also taken yoga since a few months back but i really, really lack of practice, been too busy with studies and blogging 🙁

hehehe…you very good liao lor…my instructor would stand behind me for some time with his shin against my back to keep it straight!!
