The one posture that I would love to try is wheel pose with a CHAIR! But too bad, my house have only computer chairs or those with a high back rest chair and non like the one in the above picture.  I know Ikea is selling something similar like that but the thought of the RM90 makes me cringe!  Ya la, I know I’m such a stingy poker. *blueh*

I was told by Azmi to practice with a chair for the wheel pose as I am always stuck half-way in the pose as I have very tight shoulders. Have to look for a chair like the one in your picture…

This is Iyengar Yoga. I did that b4 when I joined Nicola’s class in the Weld. Very challenging but its fun. U can try 2 do warrior 2, shoulder stand and head stand using chair as well.

This does not look like a safe way to do wheel pose haha! Start with bridge pose first and move your feet closer to your hands slowly.
