Short Talk: I think I better stick back to my usual blogging and not stir anything further. I hate to know the truth. Truth can hurt. Chill la, Guys.

Do you know kids naturally had a flexible body? I did not know. I thought flexibility is something you had to train. One year ago when I started Yoga, I found out the hidden talent in my daughter. She can do a beautiful split! My jaw almost fall to the ground when she was mimicking me in one of the asana.

Look at the picture. That is my 8 years old daughter in the foreground. Did you see that? She managed to lift her legs higher than me. Awesome!

Didn’t expect so many fiery response later.. I think we can’t put off the fire now..
Calm down, guys, we are all yogis, practise ahimsa (refraining from causing pain to any living creature).

YogaJess says: Fei, don’t worry. It is not your fault totally. It felt like having a horrible nightmare. You get what I mean? I just ramble as usual and the next thing I know people starting to fight. Well, at least I get to see a clearer picture now. (*click clack calculator* *wipe sweat from the forehead*)

By nature, kids are un-corrupted or uncontainminated like us adult, as they do not store all the egoism, anger, hatred, lust, jealously and greed in their heart thus their body are free. As an adult we can free ourselves from all these negetives if we want to.
